Alan Studley

Alan was first certified to scuba dive in 1975. By 1980 he was a PADI diving instructor and had opened Adventures Unlimited, the first scuba diving retail store in his hometown of Napa, California. Adventures Unlimited still operates today, but only as an exclusive dive travel business.

Alan's passion for photography began prior to his scuba diving. He traveled the world as a still wildlife photographer. His photographs have been featured in numerous wildlife publications. He combined his still photography and diving talents in the late 1970's. Alan then progressed into underwater film and videography. Some of his work with sea otters amongst other marine life has aired on ABC, NBC, The Learning Channel and syndicated television.

Alan has chosen the Atomic Aquatics T1-X regulator for its performance, reliability and light weight.

He still resides in Napa, California and spends his spare time working as an ER nurse.
